This week’s Throwback Thursday photograph is a fan favorite that was captured in 2011 in Cambria, CA – one of the prettiest little sleepy beach towns on the central coast. My mom and I stumbled upon this lovely stairway to the beach while exploring the residential neighborhoods along the coast.

This 5-exposure HDR (high dynamic range) photo was tone-mapped in Photomtaix Pro and finished with Topaz Adjust (50% off through August 31, 2014 using coupon code “augadjust”) to bring out the vivid colors and textures.
