Thirty Days of Thanksgiving | Day 30

This is it, folks! Thanks for sticking around for Thirty Days of Thanksgiving. Tomorrow I’ll resume my normally scheduled blogging…which has no schedule but is usually about once a week (I hope for more, but life usually gets the better of me).
For those of you who participated by blog, Facebook, or just taking a moment to yourself daily to count your blessings, I hope it was worth it! This annual exercise is important to me because it reminds me that life is good, often when I’m focusing on the unimportant imperfect details of my life.
This photo was captured at Red Soles Winery in Paso Robles, CA in October 2011. I was using a Canon Rebel XSi and Sigma 18-200mm Lens set at 31mm, ISO 200, and 1/20 sec at f/25. Using a small aperture (f/25) allowed me to capture the starburst in the rising sun without the help of a star filter.
Today I am thankful for:
- Thirty Days of Thanksgiving and the exercise of counting my blessings daily.
- My hubbie is home – he’s been out to sea and the house has been a bit too quiet
- A fun date night dinner at Crazee Burger
What are you thankful for today?
I hope you will join me in November 2013 again for Thirty Days of Thanksgiving!
