Thirty Days of Thanksgiving | Day 2

Yesterday I noticed several of my Facebook friends posting what they are thankful for. Its exciting to see how Thirty Days of Thanksgiving is catching on!
This image was taken with an Induro AKB1 Tripod mounted Canon EOS 7D and Sigma 18-200 Lens during a class with Marc Muench at the California Photo Festival. The class focused on long exposures with water to smooth and blur the movement of the ocean (and the clouds). This scene was captured at 24mm, ISO 100, 30 sec at f/10 and processed with Lightroom. and Topaz Adjust.
Today I am thankful for:
- Hot coffee waiting for me when I wake up – My hubbie makes a fresh pot each morning and always leaves a couple of cups worth for me. (also thankful for our stainless steel thermal carafe that keeps the coffee hot for hours without a hot plate, in case you were wondering this is the coffee maker we have: Capresso 10-Cup Programmable Coffee Maker with Thermal Carafe – LOVE it!):
- Adobe Photoshop CS6
– I was recently able to upgrade from CS3 (yes, this upgrade has been a looonnnngggg time coming) and oh my, what a difference! The new technology is so much fun to work with!
- Cooler weather – Fall weather is divine! I love hot cups of coffee and tea, snuggling into my down comforter, and having a reason to pull out my boots & sweaters!
What are you thankful for today?
