Telescope | Seaport Village | San Diego, CA

There is something alluring about these telescopes, stationed like sentinels along the San Diego waterfront. They compel me to dream, to look closely and explore my surroundings. They bear words like “FOCUS” and “There is more to explore”. To be honest, I’ve never taken the time (or the money) to drop a quarter in one of these telescopes, but I’ve photographed them many times.

This is how I saw them on my most recent visit to Seaport Village…

The Photoshop Photography Program (which includes Lightroom & Photoshop for just $9.99/month) has been extended through February 28, 2014 for existing Photoshop customers. You can also buy Lightroom as standalone software. It is the core of my post-processing workflow and a must-have for every photographer (in my humble opinion).

I hope you’ve enjoyed these telescope photos as much as I enjoyed capturing/processing them!
