Am I the only one who felt like “falling back” this year kicked us back about three hours instead of one? It got dark SO early today! That’ll take some getting used to. I did, however, use it to my advantage. It was a great excuse to get out for some night photography!

After a fantastic picnic in Balboa Park, Les & I did a bit of long exposure photography on the Cabrillo Bridge as it got dark. I think this is my favorite image for the evening.  Its still a work in progress…I’m not sure if I like it better in color or black & white. What do you think? Maybe I’ll share a black & white version with you tomorrow so you can compare. :)

Today I’m thankful for:

  • A Picnic in the Balboa Park with my hubbie
  • Time to shoot (i.e. my creative outlet)
  • Yummy picnic treats from Whole Paycheck Foods

What are you thankful for?
