Longing for Fall | Mission Trails | San Diego, CA

Even though the daytime temperatures are still hovering in the 90’s, I see little glimpses here and there that Fall is on its way. I captured this photo last week on an early morning walk through the Kumeyaay Campground in Mission Trails Regional Park . Just a few flecks of yellow adoring the tree.

I captured this photo with the camera we got for my husband to take on deployment – the Canon G1X. It has a lot of pro features packed into solid point-and-shoot camera body. I think it will serve him well while he is gone, but I’m glad I got to play with it a little before he left.
