Happy Thanksgiving!

In past years I’ve taken the entire month of November to blog daily and count my blessings. These days, my blog is a bit more business than personal, but I thought I’d take the opportunity of the Thanksgiving holiday to express my gratitude.
I’m thankful for:
- An awesome family. I’m very lucky in that department!
- A loving husband.
- Delicious food on the table, and a roof over my head.
- Good neighbors.
- Friends who stick around through good times and bad.
- Everyone who took a moment to read this. Your support keeps this small business chugging along.
Happy Thanksgiving!
A bit about the photograph…
The photo above was captured a couple of weeks ago at Oak Grove Lake Park. It is a 5-exposure HDR, processed in Aurora HDR 2017. Since there was movement in the leaves due to a bit of wind I also used Topaz Impression to give it a painted look. The colors were way too pretty to let the photo go to waste over a few ghosted leaves! Sometimes its good to embrace the imperfections…in photography and in life.
