Exploring the Pacific Southwest Railway Museum in Campo

A couple of weeks ago I joined my camera club for a day trip to Campo’s Pacific Southwest Railway Museum. At first glance I wasn’t sure there would be much to explore/photograph, but I was wrong. This place keeps going…and going…and going!

According to Visit San Diego, the convention hosted about 135k people, and thousands more (like me) descended on the Gaslamp for the free activities and festive atmosphere…

Carnival Kaleidoscope at the Del Mar Fair

Last month I got to go out shooting with one of my favorite photo friends in Southern California. We decided to get some evening shots of the San Diego County Fair carnival lights in Del Mar. I had seen work from other photogs from a certain vantage point and had been wanting to check it out for years.
