Bottle Glass Window | Mission San Carlos Borromeo de Carmelo

I love it when I stumble onto something cool that I haven’t previously shared for Throwback Thursday! This is a Bottle Glass Window at the Mission San Carlos Borromeo de Carmelo in Carmel, CA. I captured this photo in July of 2011. Isn’t it lovely!? I’m not sure why I didn’t notice it a few years ago, but I’m certainly glad I found it now!

I love the detail and all of the shades of green…an abstract with just a bit of detail in the vine behind the glass.
